Blog Blitz – Curved Merry Christmas!

Hello from Sunny San Diego!

It has been pretty hot here so I was really excited to get my new dies and start playing with snowy scenes like this one! I do hope you like it as much as I enjoyed creating the card!

I used the Curved Merry Christmas Die to create the snowy bank for the base of the scene. Then used two of the snowflakes from the Stitched Let it Snow Circle Frame Die for the snowflakes. All of that was cut out of a shimmery white cardstock that looks so nice against the deep blue cardstock card base.

I then used a deep green shimmer cardstock with the Evergreen Trio Die and applied some Glue Gloss on the tips then sprinkled white Glitter to get the snowy effect on the trees. 

I will be teaching this card along with 3 others on Aug. 1st at 2PM at The Stamp Addict in San Diego. So if you are in the area please call (619)667-5060 to reserve a spot in the class and come and play!

    But CT is too far away…and our stamp store that did so much with memory box dies, stamps, etc is closing on Saturday 😓

  32. Love how smooth & creamy the shimmery card stock looks to show off the sentiment! I love those trees too! Does the glue gloss leave a shine or a sparkle where it shows through? I’ve never heard of it!
