Halloween Card

Hello everyone!

Donna here with a another fall card.  I love Halloween and have so much fun creating Halloween projects.  There have been so many inspiring Halloween cards from the other design team members.

For my card I first die cut the Stitched Halloween Circle Frame from Licorice cardstock.  Save the bottom portion of the die cut.  I pieced this back in place when I glued the frame to my card.  I prepared a piece of White cardstock by sponging Distress Inks onto it.  Then I stenciled various designs on top of that.  Mist lightly with water to blend the colors.  I die cut the Jolly Jack O Lanterns from this paper.

Die cut a circle from White cardstock which is the same size as the circle frame.  Punch a circle mask from a post-it-note.  Place the mask in the top of the sky area.  Sponge over this with Green Distress Ink.  Spatter with water.  Adhere the Halloween frame and bats to the circle.  Glue the die cut pumpkins on the bottom portion of the frame.

Prepare a 5" x 5" square card base as follows:

Paint stripes across the front of the card using Orange Distress Ink.  Apply washi tape to the left side of the card.  Spatter the card front with Black paint.  Adhere your prepared circle to the front of the card.

I hope you have a great week!  Thanks for stopping by.

Donna
