Good morning everyone! I hope those who celebrated Labor Day yesterday had a wonderful day. Today's card is perfect for the wonderful Autumn season and all of the beautiful colors.
The background was done by blending various distress inks on mixed media paper. The sky was done with tumbled glass, salty ocean and chipped sapphire while the ground was done with scattered straw, fossilized amber and mowed law. For the trees I used distress inks again but use the marble technique on my craft mat. The colors were festive berry, dried marmalade, and mustard seed.
The trees were cut with Torrance Tree and the leaves on the ground were cut with Autumn Birdie die set and a few of them were stamped with festive berries distress ink.
I layered the largest of the trees with foam tape to add a some dimension to the design.
