Good morning, everyone! Hurray, it's the weekend! I have a very simple card to share with you today.
I absolutely love using stencils on my cards, and this one features a portion of the Garden Holly Bough stencil. Using a piece of white card stock cut to 4" x 5-1/4", I aligned the stencil so that it would drape down from the top left corner. After sponging Peeled Paint Distress Ink through the leaves, being careful to avoid the leaves I didn't want to show, I added small dollops of glue and sprinkled on red glitter for the berries.
I added red glitter to one of the Resting Birds and adhered it to a leaf with foam tape. Love these little birds … they seem to add just the right touch.
I arranged the sentiments from the Simon Says Stamp Love and Laughter set onto a clear block and stamped it in the lower left corner with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, then added the assembled piece to the card base with foam tape. Very quick and easy to duplicate.
