Good morning everyone!
We've had some very nice autumn weather here in New England and it makes me think of Halloween! That's my inspiration for today's card.

To create this card cut a piece of white cardstock using the stitched rectangle die. The images were stamped using a waterproof black ink. Stamp the pumpkin and then the moose on each side of it. Create a mask for each of the moose and place over each image. Stamp the logs under each moose to give the illusion they are sitting on the logs. Color the images with colored pencils. Stamp an extra pumpkin to add to the card. Go over all the stamped images with an embossing pen and emboss with clear embossing powder. This will create a resist so you can sponge distress inks for the background and not worry about your colored images. I used Blueprint Sketch, Twisted Citron and Vintage Photo distress ink to color the background. Mist the background lightly with plain water to slightly blend the colors.

Spatter the card front with gold ink. On a licorice strip of paper, white emboss the sentiment and adhere to the bottom of the card layer. Glue this to a piece of patterned paper and tie twine to the card. Adhere this to a white card base.
Hope you like today's card. Thanks for stopping by!

Very cute card Donna!
Cute and clever with all that masking, I really ought to get my pencils out and use them more thanks for inspiring.
Very cute card and glad somebody has had nice weather. We just survived Hurricane Matthew here on the east coast of Florida. Thank goodness we finally got our power back on. Worst 48 hours of our lives. Now the clean up begins, but it won’t happen quickly.
Thanks for a bright spot in my day…
too cute, love the coloring, great tips!
