Good morning everyone! It's a beautiful day here in southern California, although I think a lot of us are ready for some cooler weather! My card today features the Birdhouse Trio die and the Brushstroke Peace die.

I first sponged Peeled Paint Distress Ink (I know, what a surprise!) through the Cressida stencil onto white card stock to create the background. I trimmed down the sides and adhered it to the card base. I die cut the Birdhouse Trio from green card stock, and again from white. I covered the white center birdhouse with glitter, and glued it to the corresponding green one. I adhered this to one of the circles cut from the Stitched Circle Layers set. I then adhered this with mounting tape to the card front.

I die cut just the branch part of the Birdhouse Trio die and snipped off the right part of the branch, tucking this piece under the bottom left of the circle, as shown. I cut one branch of the Garland Greenery set from dark green card stock, and then added it under the top right of the circle. I cut two of the Brushstroke Peace die and stacked them together for dimension. I added glitter to the top portions of the letters in a "dripping" fashion, then adhered this to the bottom of the card. Two little birdies from the Resting Birds set were cut from red card stock and added as shown with mounting tape. I thought it needed just a little more bling, so I added the sequins as shown.

For all you southern Californians out there, I hope this card brought a little "cool" to your day! Thanks everyone for stopping by, and have a great rest of the week!
