Hello, hello. Penny here today on the blog with super cute, super fast. Using an object in place of a letter makes such an impact and when paired with faux watercolors…just adorable! Creating this is just too easy…..
Let me show you how:
Start with a piece of watercolor paper about 5.50 x 4.25 inches. Sprinkle on a little Lindy's Magicals Time Travel Teal and Ponderosa Pines Olive. Spritz with water and let dry (or for those like me who can't wait…dry with a heat gun).

Die cut Snowflake Joy, Classic Ornament and the small Forest Hummingbirds from the watercolor panel. Color the ornament topper with a Copper Sharpie.
Notice my Hummingbird is so much lighter? I die cut him from the edge of the watercolor panel where the color was much softer. 🙂

Adhere a tiny strip of the watercolor panel to a White card base along the left side. Adhere the "J, Y" with glue.
Adhere the ornament and Hummingbird with foam adhesive, along with a piece of twine as shown.

Really Pretty card!!
Simply beautiful! I LOVE hummingbirds and what you did with this one makes an amazing card. I would have never thought of a humming bird, he looks so adorable. The colors and balance of the letters and ornament are perfect. TFS.
