Good morning! One final Christmas card for 2016. All of the Christmas cards are done, decorating done and Christmas shopping completed. Time to relax a little bit and enjoy the season.

I’ve used one of my favorite dies this season called the Millbrook ornament. Simple yet able to use as the focal point of a card beautifully. I was trying to do a gradient background with greens though I realized, oh darn must go shopping at my favorite LSS for a lighter shade of green to complete the look for next time! Any excuse to shop in a crafting store!
The ornament was cut using gold color papers, I stamped a small snowflake in gold pigment ink and then added white liquid pearls to the center of the snowflakes and on the centers of the snowflakes on the ornament.

A fast and easy card that you can whip up this week if you realize you forgot someone on your Christmas card list! I hope everyone who celebrates Christmas has a joyful and very Merry Christmas!

These colors are wonderful. I LOVE the gold snowflake ornament and the long string. I also LOVE that the colors keep the eye moving around the card. Could you have added water or something else to make your light green lighter? I know it’s more fun to just buy supplies, I am the same way, lol. TFS and have a wonderful Holiday Season.
