Sending Love by Lindsay

Hi friends! I am so glad you stopped by today! I wanted to share a simple card with you today, that I created using one the the flowers from the latest release.

I started with a panel of water color paper cut to 4 x 5 1/4. Using a foam blending tool, I added spots of green, and pink in the approximate location of my flower die cut. I took some water, and a brush, and splattered the panel, lifting I then die cut the gorgeous Blooming Peony Stem multiple times, and then glued them together.

After I had adhered the flower layers together, I adhered it over the inked panel. I took a simple sentiment from the So Many Things To Love stamp set, and stamped it in the lower right corner. I adhered the panel to a pink card base with foam tape, and finished it with a few clear sequins.

I hope you've enjoyed, and are inspired to create a little something special today by layering your die cuts! Have a great day!

  1. Hi Lindsay!
I love your card! Those two colors together get me every time. I just designed a card class for the shop I work in and I used this exact same color theme. Yours is a bit different than mine but very similar. Very Pretty!
