Hello and Welcome! Did you check out the new release yet? It’s GORGEOUS…love it. Today, I used one of the new dies and sentiment from the new stamp set for my CAS mixed media card. Love how delicate it turned out.
To create this card, I started with die-cutting this delicate Floral Fantasy Frame die out of white cardstock (notice, I didn’t remove all the die-cut pieces. This is just for added interest). I then Took another piece of white cardstock to create the background. First, I applied picked raspberries, squeezed lemonade and mustard seed distress ink onto the piece. I then dabbed the ink-pad to the craft mat, added a little water and flicked some ink. Once dry, I applied some Gesso and let it dry.
Then I stamped the sentiment and adhered the die-cut floral border to the layer. Finally, I adhered this to a white cardbase. To finish, I applied some Nuvo Drops to accent the card.
