Hello Memory Box friends. Spring is just around the corner and that means gorgeous flowers and pretty birds flitting here and there. In my backyard I have birdhouses, blooming flowers, bushes, shrubs and a hummingbird feeder. We have yet to see one of those pretty little birds outside our window. But I keep hoping!!!
Sometimes you have to make your own happiness, as I have done here with this new Marvelous Hummingbird die.
I die cut the Marvelous Hummingbird from watercolor paper, then colored with Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers. (Fern, Bud Green & Prussian Blue).
I also die cut the Wrapped Stitch Rectangles from watercolor paper and added a couple of the same colors.
I used one of my favorite flower dies Hibiscus, along with the sweet Fine Cut Leaves popped up with foam adhesive.
Stamped greeting from the Sentimental Iris set with Black ink.
I love how delicate the Hummingbird is with all its intricate wings. Just another feminine card to send to a special friend.
