Hello everyone! Today I have a cute Christmas card to inspire you to get a start on your holiday card making.
To make this card I started by die cutting the Starry Burst die onto watercolor paper. I sponged over the paper with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink and misted it with plain water. The water helps the ink blend and settle into the rays of the burst. Next, I spattered the background with white paint.

Next, I die cut the Pine Tree Hill from watercolor paper and glued this to my inked card front. I trimmed away the excess on each side of the trees to fit the inked panel.
I stamped the word "Joy" with red ink, die cut it, and used foam tape to glue it to my card. I also stamped the sentiment in red ink under the trees.
The deer were stamped, colored and die cut and I used foam tape to adhere them to the card.

To finish the card I mounted the card front to patterned paper mat and glued this to a white card base.
I hope you all have a great week, and find some time to make some cards!
