Greetings friends! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Today I wanted to share a card using the latest dies as well as the brand new mirror paper. I love the extra shine it provides.
At first, I was planning on some bright yellow flowers on a teal backdrop. However, I liked the teal mirror cardstock so much that I decided to use some teal Copic markers to match the background.
To make the card, I cut out all my flowers and leaves using white cardstock. I then colored the petals with the following colors of Copic markers:
BG11- base color of the petals
BG15- darker teal for the base of the petals
BG49- color of the flower stems
BG57- leaf color
I layered the pieces of the card and then added my sentiment to the center of the card with teal ink. To add just a bit more sparkle, I added some glitter glue to the center of each flower.
