Greetings friends. Today I wanted to play around with the Jolly Christmas 6″ x 6″ paper pack as well as the new Layered Sled die.
I have been experimenting with adding paper to a card that is askew on purpose. I usually put things on a card as straight and precise as I can. I thought it would be a good idea to practice using paper with lots of diagonals.
To make the card, I added scraps of paper from my Jolly Christmas pack to the bottom of the card using lots of diagonals and overlapping. I then created a hill out of glitter white cardstock and attached my sled on top. Here is a close up:
To make the sled, I cut out the wood parkts using woodgrain paper. To accentuate the grain, I sponged Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink on top.
