I decided to make a card using the GRACIOUS FLORAL STENCIL SET 88620. This set has five stencils and a guide for layering and coloring the image. I didn't exactly use the stencils and guide as intended so this is the end result…more of a Gracious Floral Stencil art card.
I started with a piece of white card stock. People who know me well won't be the least bit surprised that I did my own thing with the stencils. I followed the steps in the guide mostly and sort of followed the placement sometimes and also changed up the colors using PrismaColor Pencils. My image is a bit different than what is in the directions folder because I didn't stamp or emboss the flowers first but just laid the stencils down to create the image. And after I finished coloring it in I outlined the whole thing with a black pen.
I trimmed the Gracious Floral piece to 3 3/4 X 3 3/4. I mounted it on a piece of black card stock cut to 4 X 4. Then I added that panel to a top fold card. I used VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink (black) to stamp "you make my heart happy" from the GRACIOUS FLORAL CLEAR STAMP SET CL5280.
