Hi everyone. I have an easy card design using the dies from the new Joyful Season release. The ink blending is easy by using Memory Box color paper that is perfect to add ink blending on top to create depth easily.
Background:
Die cut the 2nd largest Fan Stitched Scalloped Frame die from gold paper from the Rainbow Reflections Mirror pad. Die cut white card stock using a Rectangle Basic die that will creat a panel to put on top of the gold frame. Adhere the white panel in the center of the gold frame.
Focal Image:
Die cut the following out of white card stock the pinecones from Pine Needles and Cones and the Friendly Bird. die cut just the breast of the bird from red paper from the Blush pad. Die cut the berries from the Forest Holly Spring from the red paper for the bird from the Blush pad and the stems from white card stock. Die cut the Pine Berry Branch from a dark green paper from the Greenery pad. Ink blend the bird, pinecones, and bury stems with Distress Ink in Vintage photo and darken up with Walnut Stain. Add shading to the berries, bird’s breast and the pine branch with Vintage Photo. Adhere the die cuts using the envelope as a guide.
Assembly:
Adhere the background panel to an A4 side folding white card Adhere the branch to the bottom center of the frame. Arrange the berries, pinecones, and bird on the branch. Die cut the bottom of the Hello Winter Stylish Script die from the same red paper used for the berries and bird. Die cut the words from the same gold mirror paper. Adhere together then in the top right hand side of the frame.
