Anemone Thank You Card
by Sara Cook

Hi everyone.  I have another thank you card using the Greeting Tabs.  This one features the Blooming Anemone flower in a warm yellow and brown.

Background: Ink blend a A2 watercolor paper panel with Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber than Tea Dye and then Scorched Timber.  3D embossing using the Magnolia Bloom embossing folder.  Splatter with gold paint.

Flower: Die cut the Blooming Anemone from heavy white card stock.  Ink blend the petals with Distress Fossilized Amber fro heavy in the center to light at the tips.  Ink blend the center with Tea Dye and lightly add Scorched Timber.  Adhere together using the envelope as a guide. Shape the petals with the body of the pen.  Splatter with gold paint.

Frame: Create a frame using the middle Double Stitch Square Cut Out die and 2 size larger die from the Square Basics set.  Use the shiny gold paper from Vintage Pastel Mirror pad and position the 2 dies to create a frame and die cut.  Adhere foam tape to the back from the frame.  Use the same Square Basics die and but fro white card stock.  Ink blend with Distress Oxide Tea Dye and then Scorched Timber.  Adhere the frame to the square die cut.

Assembly: Adhere the background panel to a cream A2 card.  Adhere the frame to the center of the card.  Adhere the flower in the center.  Adhere a Thank You Foil Greeting Black Tab.
