Hi everyone! I have another birthday card. This one I had to create some cherry blossoms using the Lucky Blooms die.

Background:
Die cut the Bubble Dots Plate fro heavy white card stock. Ink blend fro the center outward using Distress Oxide Broken China.
Focal Image:
Take sheet of heavy weigh vellum and lightly spray with either a fixative or hairspray. Let dryDie cut the Lucky Blooms out of the vellum 3 times. Color using Pan Pastels in Magenta and Pastel Pink. Use the lighter pink on the larger petal flowers and just the darker pink on the flower centers. On the smaller petals use the darker pink in the center and blend out with lighter pink. Use a small and large stylus on a foam mat to form the flowers and centers. Adhere the smaller flower center in the 2 larger petals then the larger one with center. For the smaller petals just adhere the larger center. Die cut the Magnolia Leaf Branch from white card stock. Trim off all the leaves. Ink blend using Distress Oxide Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain and Aged Mahogany.

Assembly:
Trim a piece of Blueberry Mist paper to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and fold in half to create the card. Adhere the background to the card. Adhere the branch to the upper portion of the card then adhere the flowers on the branch. White heat emboss Happy Birthday from the Birthday Chic stamp set on the Blueberry Mist paper. Die cut use the matching die. Adhere under the branch using foam tape.
