Meet the just-released Sunkissed Summer Collection of versatile dies perfect for any occasion! Brilliant Butterflies, Arched Flower Basket, Cinched Frames, Wild Leaves and a Rustic Watering Can for great garden greetings, layouts and mixed media designs. The stems are quickly (and easily!) created by wrapping crochet thread around a Cinched Frame.
Here’s what I chose for my first card from this great release.
Cut the new Arched Flower Basket blossoms from turquoise and orange 6×6’s in the Lagoon and Sunrise Solid Core Cardstock Packs. Cut the leaves and centers from Black Glossy Paper (cardstock).
Cut the new 2.8″ x 4.1″ Cinched Frame from watercolor paper. Wrap black crochet thread, twine or embroidery floss around the frame to create stems. Attach the blossoms.
Attach the frame to a top-folded white A2 card with foam tape. Elevating the frame adds dimension and subtle shadows.
Cut the smallest butterfly and center from the new Brilliant Butterflies set from the gold Rainbow Reflections Mirror Pad 6×6. Attach the butterfly – use foam tape for the right half.
Attach a Thinking of You Foil Greeting Black Tab – use foam tape for the right half. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
