At least two or three times over the winter months, I will look out a window facing my backyard and see a deer scouring our bare apple and pear trees for food.
That was my inspiration for this card with the new window die from Poppystamps and the Memory Box Graceful Deer (E1772) stamp with the Christmas Ticket (C1782).
The card base is Vanilla Bean, pattern paper is from the 6×6 Yuletide, window is cut from a Sweet Corn note, deer is stamped in Brilliance Chocolate ink onto distressed dot Bluebird and Christmas Ticket is stamped in black onto aqua. I added a red jewel for the nose and a black dot with marker for the eye. The ribbon used to make the curtain is from Maya Road.
