Do you ever start out with a card design in your head and when you're finished with the card it's completely different than you planned? Well, this is that card. From the colors, to the die I used, nothing is similar to my plan.

Instructions:
- Ink up Distressed Jingle Bells (G1827) with Jet Black Archival Ink and stamp on white card stock. Trim close to image and distress with Antique Linen Distress Ink
- Die cut a piece of Currant Gingham card stock using the La Rue Flourish die (98218)
- You can't really tell from the photo, but I carefully used direct to paper method and covered the entire flourish with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with Ranger Holographic embossing powder.
- Adhere to the music image and trim off excess from right side
- Adhere this piece to a larger piece of Currant card stock
- Ink up Peace, Love, and Joy (B1114) with Jet Black Archival Ink and stamp close to bottom of the Currant card stock
- Tie a piece of cream seam binding around this piece and attach to front of Licorice Note Card
- I added a bit of twine to a cream button and added to the center of the flourish.
I can already tell this La Rue Flourish die is going to be one of my "go-to" pieces all year round!
