A merry and bright card with colorful felt Stitched Star Layers adds a bit of winter warmth to a chilly day. Jean Okimoto here with another quick card to make before the Thanksgiving countdown begins.
Attach adhesive label paper to felt to prep it for diecutting. It stabilizes the felt – and keeps liquid adhesives from soaking through. It takes less than a minute – but makes a big difference. Be sure to use good felt too – Impress carries a a great wool blend in a rainbow of beautiful colors.

I love combining detailed vintage-y designs like Stars at Night with the classic, contemporary Stitched Star Layers. There are so many great ways to layer our stamps and dies – view the entire collection for more inspiration.
Delicata Golden Glitz from Imagine Crafts is the perfect gold for the holidays. It's great for detailed, intricate stamps and adds a sparkly shimmer to any design. Radiant Neons Electric Pink makes the greeting pop, especially when it's embossed with detail clear powder.
Want to custom-cut a stitched block? Stamp (or stamp and emboss) the image first. Cut it with a Stitched Rectangle Layer – use the rectangle that's closest in size. Trim off any excess cardstock using the inner edge of one of the dies. It's easier than it sounds and you'll have perfect squares or rectangles with a great detailed edge.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at Memory Box!
