Fall Birthday – Days
by Penny Ward

Hello my friends. Penny here today with a Birthday card. Isn't it fun that we card makers can turn a season into a card? Today is my hubby's Birthday and this card will be perfect for him. Not too girly!

Here is how I made it:

I start with a White cardstock base measuring 4.25 x 5.50 inches when folded.

Add a Teal cardstock panel to base and a panel of pattern paper trimmed just a bit smaller.

Now let's start die cutting. From Burnt Orange cardstock, die cut Stitched Maple Circle Frame. Die cut just the big leaf from Burnt Orange, Teal and Purple cardstocks.

Adhere as shown to card front.

For the banner sentiment, cut a strip of pattern paper, stamp sentiment from the Sentimental Iris set using Black ink. Notch ends, then add a scrap of Burnt Orange to ends, trim and notch again, adhere to card front with foam adhesive, weaving in and out of the frame.

Add large leaves as shown.

Love, love, love the Fall colors!!!

Happy Crafting,
