Halloween Display Dome
by Donna Sledzik

Hello everyone!  Today I have a cute Halloween project for you.

I started with a Tim Holtz Display Dome, and used die cuts to decorate the dome.

From black cardstock, I die cut the trees and the haunted house.  I die cut 2 houses and sandwiched a piece of vellum between the 2 houses.  The trees were die cut with the Ghosts in the Forest die and trimmed at the bottom to fit in the dome.

Next, I die cut 2 ghosts from white cardstock and glued them to the back of the Haunted House.

To assemble the dome, I used a glue gun to glue the house to the base of the dome.  Next, I glued the trees to the base.  I glued a layer of moss to the base and a little pumpkin in front of the house.

To finish the dome, I white heat embossed the word “Boo” on a strip of black cardstock.  I punched a hole on each side of the stamped strip, threaded a piece of twine through the holes and wrapped it around the base of the dome.

That’s it for today!  Have a great Halloween! 🎃
