Hello everyone! It’s Theary here back on the blog. I can’t believe that it’s almost Halloween! I felt that this year had flown by so fast.
For the card today I am sharing a spooky cute card design using 94692 Haunting Ghosts.
The Fall Cornucopia release has a lot of yummy new cardstock. I couldn’t resist not using the array of colors on my card design. For the haunting ghosts, I died-cut each one out of the cardstocks in the colors SH44008 Deep Turquoise, SH44019 Golden Wheat, SH44017 Orange Peel, SH44016 Raspberry Sorbet, and SH44013 Lavender Bloom. I added cute little googly eyes to each one.
The background was created using EF1033 Spiral Delight 3D Embossing Folder. I used white cardstock and ran that through my cutting machine.
The sentiment CL5284D Magical Halloween Clear Stamp and Dies was stamped onto white cardstock using clear embossing ink. I later heat-set a coat of clear embossing powder over the inked sentiment and used the coordinating dies to cut that out.
I adhered the spiral embossed cardstock over a black matted cardstock. I then adhered the haunting ghosts randomly onto the card panel. I then popped on the sentiment using foam squares to the bottom left-hand corner.
And finally, I adhered to a top folding card base.
