Hi everyone. I have a fall birthday card featuring the Classy Goose. This uses the beautiful Nutmeg Forest pattern paper with the maple leaf and gold highlights. This makes it easy to create just 1 die cut focal image to keep it easy.

Trim Orange Peel Paper to A2 size and a strip of the same paper to 5 ½” by 1 ½”. Ink blend the edges with Distress Oxide Crackling Campfire and Aged Mahogany. Trim the maple leaf with gold highlights from Nutmeg Forest pack to 4”X 5 ¼”. Just run the edge of the paper in the Distress Scotched Timber ink pad. Trim a strip of Woodgrain Paper in Kraft to 1 ¼” x 5 ½”. Ink blend with Distress Ink in Vintage Photo and then Scorched Timber.
Die cut the Classy Goose from heavy white card stock for the main body and wing. The feet and beak from Orange Peel Paper. Add some light shadowing to the goose body with Distress Frayed Burlap. Ink blend the wing with Distress Frayed Burlap, Scorched Timber and Black Shoot. Ink blend the feet and wings with Distress Oxide in Spiced Marmalade. Adhere together using the envelope as a guide.
Adhere the A2 orange background panel to a top folding white card. Adhere the pattern paper to the center of the card. Adhere the woodgrain paper strip on top of the orange paper strip and then adhere to the card to the left-hand side. Adhere the goose to bottom of the strip of paper and a Happy Birthday Foil Greeting White Circle Tab to the right side of the goose.
