Hello, it’s Angie here today with a card featuring the new Garden Beauties die set (94894)along with two stamp sets previously released.
Here’s a closer look at my card:
To create my card I took some Thai paper and metallic paper (more about the papers I used can be found on my blog post HERE) and used the metallic to cut the butterflies from. I also heat embossed with white embossing powder on vellum the large flower from Cheerful Floral stamp set and coordinatig die set. (CL5278)
I took the Thai paper and cut it slightly larger than my card base panel of metallic paper so I could add adhesive to the back and fold over the edges to secure them. The paper is quite thin so I didn’t want any adhesive to show through to the front. I added the vellum piece and then the metallic butterflies and some Christmas Jewels to the bodies. To finish my card I heat embossed the Elegant Succulents stamp set (CL5270) in white on black card stock. I fussy cut it out and popped it up on foam squares to finish my card. Here’s one last look:
