Heirloom Candlestick Card
by Donna Sledzik

Hello everyone! I have another Christmas Card for you today featuring new products from the 2026 Christmas Charm release from Memory Box.

I began by die cutting one of the Nested Globe dies in the center of a black cardstock panel. Next I placed the panel on a scoreboard and scored across the panel at 1/2″ all the way down the cardstock. I took a white pigment ink pad and lightly rubbed across the scored panel to give the background a woodgrain look.

I die cut a white cardstock panel using the Pinpoint Snowflake Plate and glued the black panel to it. From brown cardstock I die cut one of the Narrow Woodgrain Planks and glued it to the bottom of the Arched Dome die cut.

The candle base was die cut from gold metallic cardstock and inked with brown ink to create a dull finish to it. The candle was die cut from red cardstock and Inked with brown ink to give it a little shading. The flame was die cut from yellow cardstock and inked with orange ink. I assembled the candle and glued it to the background after I added a yellow highlight behind the flame.

The greenery is all die cut from green cardstock and inked with Forest Moss Distress ink. The berries were die cut from red cardstock and brown ink was added to one side of the berries. I glued the greenery in place as shown on the card. I used foam tape to adhere the holly leaves.

I covered the candle and spattered the card with white ink. I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the berries. To finish the card, I adhered a Merry Christmas Foil sentiment to the base of the candle and glued the card front to a white card base.

Thanks for stopping by today!
