Have you ever seen such an elegant egg stamp as this new one from the new Easter Release? It was definitely an "oh wow!" moment the minute I saw it!

I wanted this to be a simple card to showcase this beautiful egg which was stamped on white card stock using Memento Sweet Plum ink. After cutting out the egg, the edges were lightly inked with the same Plum ink. A purple Spica pen added the right amount of sparkle to the leaves. At the base of each leaf cluster sits a tiny clear jewel.
Using the same Sweet Plum ink, I stamped the Lattice Background on to a paper from the Frond 6 x 6 paper pack. A 1/4 inch white satin ribbon was tied near the bottom of the print square, which was then adhered to a 4-bar white card. Once this was in place, the egg was attached with pop dots for a little added dimension. Last of all was the sentiment, which is located on the side of the Easter Egg Tree Combo stamp. I'm loving all the stamps with a "little extra" on the sides. They are so cool!
Supplies include: Frond paper; white card stock; Memento Sweet Plum and Tuxedo Black ink; Spica purple glitter pen; Clear jewels; Nature Print Egg (C1345), Lattice Background (E1283) and Easter Egg Tree Combo (G1343).
