This is the bare bones sample for one of the cards we will make in today's class at Your Maine Stamper. I will provide lots of other papers, ribbon, pearls/jewels, and other embellishments as well as a variety of sentiment stamps so that class participants can personalize their cards. It's always fun to see how each card turns out differently even though everyone uses the same basic materials.

SUPPLIES
- Leafy Branch Die 98292
- Perched Reedbird Die 98160
- Vanilla Bean Distressed Dot paper
- Kraft cardstock for the Reedbird
- papers from the Viola 6X6 pack for the Leafy Branch
- Sweet Corn Notecard
INSTRUCTIONS
- Score the front of the notecard at 2 1/8"
- Fold the card inside out–You will want to see the yellow folded back for the front of this Z-fold card and for the inside
- Add patterned paper for the inside and as a flap on the front of the Z-fold; when the card is laid flat, this flap will cover any message added to the inside panel of the card
- Die cut the Leafy Branch from one of the Viola papers and the Reedbird from Kraft cardstock
- On the front flap, adhere the Leafy Branch and the Reedbird
- Embellish as you wish!
Changing up the sentiment, papers, ribbon, and other embellishments gives you lots of options for how to use this basic card!
