Here is another card from my last class at Ink About It. I wanted to create a summer patio party scene. I was inspired by the leafy border die (#98628). Upside down it seemed to be the perfect party canopy hanging from a pergola at a summer party.

The lanterns (#98600) looked pretty hanging from the Corner Bow die (#98371). I made a table from Pool Gingham paper and the Fleur de Lis Border die (#98577) upside down on the edge of the card. The Party Glasses (#98530) were lined up along the edge of the table and cut. I taped acetate behind the glasses and cut Moroccan paper in cranberry and mango to look like fruity drinks in the glasses. I used glossy accents to adhere the paper behind the acetate. I stamped the sentiment (#B1910), matted it and adhered it to the card. This would also make a nice anniversary or wedding card.
Thanks for stopping by.
