Hi Everyone,
I hope you're all ready for Christmas, which is only a few days away! This is my last Christmas project for the year. I love giving homemade ornaments for friends and family, and this one is very easy to do. I started with a plastic snow globe ornament from the craft store. I comes in two pieces and I used one half for the ornament. Trace the ornament on watercolor paper and cut out the traced circle. Sponge the circle with Broken China Distress Ink. Mist the inked circle lightly with water to create some texture to the background. Dry with a heat tool. Stamp Colin Bear on White Cardstock. Color as desired and cut out the bear. Use foam tape to adhere the bear to the prepared background. Glue some batting to the bottom of the circle for snow. Apply glue to the batting and sprinkle with glitter. Spatter with White paint and glue a snowflake to the background. Using hot glue, adhere the ornament to the prepared circle. Hot glue silver trim around the ornament. Add a bow and some twine for the hanger and you're done!
