Halloween Tag
by Donna Sledzik

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I have another Halloween project for you using the new Pumpkin Kisses Stamp and Die set along with other past die sets.

I began with a manilla shipping tag and ink blended a background using Mustard Seed, Villainous Potion and Black Soot Distress Inks. I spattered the inked tag with plain water and white ink.

Next, I die cut the Log Cabin from gray cardstock and trimmed the cabin to fit the tag. The roof and window trim were inked with Black Soot Distress Ink. The garland and the fence were cut from black cardstock. I used the Wavy Sheet Music to die cut the fence posts.

The ghost and pumpkins were stamped, colored and die cut from white cardstock. The pumpkins were actually fussy cut because there is not a coordinating die for them.

Happy Halloween was stamped with embossing ink on black cardstock, white heat embossed and die cut with the coordinating die.

To create the scene, I began by gluing the cabin together and adhering the ghost behind the window. I inked a piece of vellum with Carved Pumpkin Distress ink and glued it behind the ghost and window panes. The fence was glued to the tag and the cabin after that. Next I stamped the bats with black ink onto the background of the tag.

The black garland was glued to the cabin and the pumpkins were adhered with foam tape and then added orange nuvo dots.

The Happy Halloween was also glued to the tag with foam tape.

To finish the tag, I glued cheesecloth along the bottom of the tag and added a black ribbon to the top.

That’s it for today! I hope you have a great day!
