Hello Crafty Friends!
I’m excited to share this lovely new set called Garden Sketches. It’s a clear set with coordinating dies which also include several sentiment flags–bonus!
I wanted to create clusters of these beautiful flowers which are about the size of a quarter coin so, using my stamp positioning tool, I made quick work of it. The pigment ink colors I used were Raspberry, Sugar Plum and Orchid for the flowers and Lemon Grass, Jungle and Mint to Be for the leaves. Inks from Avery Elle.
I also used the beautiful new Fairy Sparkle sequins from Birch Press which have a magical translucent sparkle and shine!
A minimal squeeze of dimensional drops in the center of each flower was a fun addition as well as the Dainty Dragonfly whizzing by.
I’m planning on using watercolors on these flowers and leaves for a future card–the possibilities are endless!
