Vellum Cheerful Floral Birthday
by Trina Pham

Hello everyone.  I have a super simple birthday card to share today featuring products (listed at the end of the post) from the 2024 Spring Cheer collection.

Started by creating the stripe background panel.  Picked pout four gradient colors of paper from the Blush paper pack and trimmed into 1/4” strips.  The white strips are 1/2” wide.  Cut copy paper to A2 size and glued the strips to it.  Trimmed off the overhangs.

Next, white heat embossed the Cheerful Floral image onto vellum and die cut out with the coordinating die.  Applied glue behind the embossed lines and adhered to the stripe panel.  Mounted the panel onto a white card base and added the circle foiled greeting to finish.

So easy to do that I made a second version using the Lagoon paper pack and foiled greeting

foiled greeting strip,

And that will do it for my cards.  Thank you for joining me   Have a wonderful day

  1. A simple design but such stunning effect with the white stripes! Love so much the embossed flowers on the vellum!

  2. So lovely, Trina. Great way to use paper strips–the wider white strip adds a unique touch. The vellum floral image contrasts so well. tfs
