Hello everyone. I’m back with another colorful birthday card for you featuring more products from the current 2025 Birthday Wishes release. When I saw the Birthday Party Hats die and Party Confetti stencil sets, a commonly used emoji came to mind and was what inspired my card today!
Recognize which emoji? 😂 So fun! 🎉🎉😉 Anyway, started by ink blending with blender brushes over the layering Party Confetti stencils to create the blast of streamers and confetti. Both layering stencils were required for the streamers while only one of the confetti stencils was used and shifted as needed.
DI used:
red streamers – Abandoned Coral, Lumberjack Plaid
blue streamers – Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch
confetti – Lumberjack Plaid, Salty Ocean, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade
The hat layers were die cut from white and ink blended with Fossilized Amber and Wilted Violet DI. The sentiment was die cut from Black glossy paper for an instant faux heat embossed look! Assembled the card onto a white card base to finish.
