Cut a 4-1/4″ x 11″ piece of Blueberry Mist Cardstock. Spritz both sides with a light mist of water. Pressure-emboss the bottom half of it with the Happy Birthday Background Plate. Score and fold the card in half.
Attach adhesive label paper (or a sticker sheet) to brown wool-blend felt to stabilize it and prevent adhesives from saturating it. Cut the top layers. Cut the large base from darker brown cardstock. Color the areas for the ears, eyes and nose with a black marker. Assemble the bear – but don’t glue his right paw yet.
Cut two Pretty Presents and their bows/ribbons from a teal Lagoon Collection 6×6 and a blue/turquoise Glitzy Glitter Pad 6×6.
Cut the dotted Birthday Party Hat from a dark turquoise Rainbow Reflections 6×6. Cut the hat background and spiked topper from the same Glitzy Glitter Pad 6×6.
Cut the 2″ wide Wrapped Stitched Rectangle from Blueberry Mist Cardstock.
Attach the diecuts to the embossed background – use foam tape for the gifts and the top and center of the hat. Add turquoise Christmas Fairy Dewdrops. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
