Are you loving the newest Peony Collection as much as I am?! For today's card I used the Peony Bud Trio, two of the Cherish Scalloped Frames, and the sentiment "you are always there for me" from the Breezy Bouquet Clear Stamp Set.
materials used
- PEONY BUD TRIO 94880
- CHERISH SCALLOPED FRAMES 94884
- "you are always there for me" from BREEZY BOUQUET CLEAR STAMP SET CL5277
- BLACK GLOSSY PAPER SH44004
- lavender card stock from the TWILIGHT PURPLE 6X6 PACK SP1008
- green card stock from the GREENERY 6X6 PACK SP1011
- white watercolor paper
- VersaFine Clair Nocturne (black) ink
- Hero Arts Bubblegum Pink and Fresh Lawn inks
- a small pink bow from my ribbon box
to make this card
- cut a piece of the black glossy paper 4 X 5 1/4 and add it to the front of a white A2 note card
- use the smallest and the third largest Cherish Scalloped Frames to cut the lavender card stock
- stamp "you are always there for me" on the smallest frame using the black ink
- die cut the Peony Bud Trio stems from the green card stock
- cut the Peony Bud Trio buds from watercolor paper; color them with Hero Arts Bubblegum Pink and Fresh Lawn inks using fingertip daubers
- assemble the Peony Bud Trio on the larger Cherish Scalloped Frame using dimensional dots for the buds
- add the floral panel to the note card, centered near the lower edge, using dimensional foam
- add the sentiment frame just above the popped up panel
- add a small bow near the stem end
