
Hello and welcome, it’s Angie here today with a quick and easy birthday card featuring the “Curlique Plate” on top of a pigment powdered piece of watercolor card stock. Here’s an up close look:

I added lots of pigment powders in different colors on watercolor paper, then sprayed it with lots of water. Once it dried I added the black die cut (Curlique Plate) on top of the dried panel and trimmed with scissors, around the black frame. I added that to my card base, added the circle sentiment and then used a white paint pen to add highlights on the curliques. Here’s one last look:
