Hello everyone! I hope that you are having a wonderful day. Today, I am sharing a card using the beautiful butterfly from the Hello Butterfly Stamp Set. Let’s get started!
To create the background, I die-cut Fanciful Gilded Frame out of cream-colored cardstock. I adhered it to another cream-colored cardstock that I trimmed to 4.25 by 5.50 inches.
I stamped out one of the sentiments with a dark pigment ink and heat set it with a clear embossing powder.
To add dimension to the overall background, I used brown ink and blended ink on the card panel’s outer edge. Then, I used a paintbrush to add ink splatters.
I stamped the butterfly from the stamp set twice onto white cardstock and colored it in with alcohol markers. I then adhered it to the card panel. To finalize the card, I used a white gel pen to add details and highlights to the entire card.
I adhered it to a top-folding card base.
