When I was looking through the latest Summer Meadow Collection, I realized I hadn't used the Garden Beauties 94893 for a post on the blog. So here they are in shades of purple! 
materials used
- white A2 top-fold note card
- GARDEN BEAUTIES 94893
- HERITAGE RECTANGLE FRAMES 94883
- GLADIOLA PLAID PP1027
- RAINBOW REFLECTIONS MIRROR PAD FP1003
- a scrap of purple card stock
- purple/white twine
- THANK YOU FOIL GREETINGS BLACK CIRCLE TABS ST009
to make this card
- use the second largest of the Heritage Rectangle Frames to cut a piece of black glossy paper and add this to the front of the note card
- use the third largest of the Heritage Rectangle Frames to cut a scrap of purple card stock and add this in the upper left corner of the black panel
- die cut the bodies of the Garden Beauties from the black glossy paper
- die cut the dragonfly wings from the purple Rainbow Reflections Mirror card stock
- die cut the butterfly wings from a purple plaid in the Gladiola Plaid paper pack
- use a glue pen to add the dragonflies and butterflies to the purple panel overlapping a bit onto the black glossy paper
- use a dimensional foam dot to add the Thank You Circle Tab
- wrap some purple/white twine around the top of the note card and tie it on the upper right corner
This is another design that can be replicated in any number of colorways. Think blues, turquoises, yellows, oranges…really any one color in mirror card, plaid or print papers, a coordinated solid color, and that perfect black glossy paper. Want more sparkle? My friend Cathy would be adding glitter glue or Fairy Jewels everywhere! This design will also work for almost any occasion–just change up the circle tab or add an appropriate sentiment on the front or inside.
