Hi everyone. I have a spring time birthday card featuring the Young Goose die set. The Winter Days release was full of the geese die sets that had winter and spring/summer accessories to use all year long.

Background:
Die cut the 2nd large die from the Heritage Rectangle die set from heavy card stock. Ink blend the bottom 1/4th of the rectangle with Distress Oxide Bundled Sage. Then ink blend the rest Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass. Set aside.
Flowers:
Die cut theBudding Gladiola stem and Fanciful Gladiola Stem die sets from gradients of similar colors from the Greenery and Blush paper packs. Adhere the Fanciful Gladiola Stems per the envelope. For the Budding Gladiola Stem set I die cut the stem die from the lighter 2 shade of Bush paper and fussy cut the flower off and adhere to a green stem. I also cut 2 sets of the leaves in 2 shades of Greenery paper and didn’t adhere them together.

Goose:
Die cut the Young Goose and hat from white card stock and the smaller scarf from 2 shades of the Blush. Ink blend the goose wing and neck with Distress Oxide Lost Shadow. Ink blend the beak and feet with Oxide Marigold. Use a black gel pen to color the eye.
Assembly:
Adhere the background to a A2 side folder white card. Adhere the flowers and leave to the background and trim off any leave hanging off. Adhere the goose with foam tape to the bottom right hand corder of the card and a Happy Birthday Foil Greeting circle Tab to the lower left hand corner of the background.
