Hi everyone! I have a shaker card featuring The Rainy Day Mouse to cheer anyone up when the long rainy days begin.
For the background die cut a light blue paper from the Lagoon pad using the Raindrop Plate. Adhere a piece of velum just slightly smaller then A2 to the back of the raindrop die cut. Adhere strips of white card 1/4″ side to the back edges to hide the foam tape. Adhere foam tape along the back side foam tape. Add raindrop embellishment and adhere to a A2 white side folding card.
Die cut the Rainy Day Mouse from white card stock for the body and yellow paper from Sunrise pad. Ink blend the mouse body using Distress Antique Linen, Vintage Photo and Spun Sugar. Glue together using the envelope as a guide. Die cut the Daisy Umbrellas from an orange paper from the Sunrise pad and stems from the Greenery pad. Glue together and then to the mouse.
Adhere the mouse to the bottom left side of the card. Add raindrop embellishment ina. few of the raindrop cut outs and on top of the umbrella. White heat emboss the sentiment hello from the Playful Poppies stamp set on the same blue card as the background. Die cut the sentiment with the matching die. Adhere to the side of the mouse.
