Hi everyone. I have a birthday card featuring Sebastian Mouse already to celebrate a birthday.

Create a A4 size card using Pool Party paper. Trim to 5.5″x8.5″ and then score and fold at 4.25″. Die cut the 3rd largest Notched Eyelet Frame die from the same card stock. Die cut the 2nd largest and smallest Notched Eyelet Frame die from Deep Turquoise paper. Ink blend the larger frame die cut on the lower half using Distress Uncharted Mariner. Ink blend the 1/2 bottom of Pool Party frame die cut using Distress Salvage Patina. Adhere the smaller frame die using foam tape to the larger frame die cut. Then adhere using glue to the center of the card.
Die cut the 3D style presents from the Gift Galore die set using the light and dark bluish green paper from the Lagoon pad. Ink blend the sides using Distress Evergreen Boughs. Die cut the ribbon and bows using gold paper from the Rainbow Reflections pad. Adhere the presents together using the envelope as a guide. Do not add a bow to the short wide gift. Use that die cut as a seat for Sebastian.

Die cut Sebastian from white card stock and the paints from matching paper used for the presents. Ink blend the mouse using Distress Vintage Photo and Spun Sugar. Use a black and white gel pen for the eyes. Adhere together. Tie 2 pieces of gold string to each arm, leaving several inches for later.

Stamp and gold heat emboss It’s your Birthday from the Birthday Greetings clear stamp set on the smallest frame die cut. Adhere the sentiment on the top center. Adhere the presents to the bottom center with the tall presents on either side. Adhere Sebastian to the center present. Select 4 balloons from the Party Balloon Fresh Cuts White Tags set and add double sided tape to the back. Take the string and pull tight to the area you want the balloon and still the balloon on top of the string, Repeat for all the balloons.
