Today’s card features two mixed flower bouquets using blossoms and greenery from ARCHED FLOWER BASKET 94951, WOVEN FLOWER BASKET 94941, and the WILD LEAVES 94947. I’ve anchored them on one of the CINCHED FRAMES 94944 which has been glued onto a piece of FUCHSIA PLAID PP1029.
To make this card I began by die cutting all of the leaves and flowers from a mid-weight watercolor paper. I used my Kuretake paints and a fine tip brush to color all of the images. Once everything was dry, I cut the plaid paper 5 1/4 X 4 and added that to the front of the white A2 note card. Then I cut a Cinched Frame from another scrap of watercolor paper and adhered that to the card front. I started putting the bouquets together by layering the greenery on the left and right edges of the frame. Then I tucked in the flower blossoms.
I will add a sentiment when I decide who will receive this card and for what occasion. I could glam it up a bit with Fairy Jewels/Gemstones/Crystals or bows on the bouquet stems.
