It’s already July and Christmas is just 5 months away! Here’s some holiday inspiration for our Christmas in July Challenge. Hope it also has a cooling effect on the extreme heat in too many areas.
Cut the solid Drifting Snowflakes background from the Festive Glitter Pad’s white 6×6. Cut the detailed snowflake overlay from Fresh Aqua Cardstock. Cut the third-largest Cinched Frame from Fresh Aqua too.
Cut Cute Bundled Snowman from watercolor paper. Cut the shadow layer from pale gray cardstock. Color the eye and button areas with a black marker. Cut a scrap of orange cardstock from the Sunrise Solid Core Cardstock Pack and attach it behind the nose cutout.
Cut the hat and scarf layers from a teal Lagoon Solid Core Cardstock Pack sheet and a dark teal/blue Festive Glitter Pad sheet.. Attach them to the snowman in warm, cozy layers.
Attach the diecuts to a top-folded white A2 card – use foam dots for the snowman. Add 1/4″ dots punched from the teal/blue glittered sheet. Add a Holiday Wishes Foil Greeting Tab. Cut an A2-sized piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
Create the look of an almost-snowflake-border by combining Drifting Snowflakes and Cinched Frames. The large snowflake fits nicely in the curve of the snowman. Details, details!
