“SilverBells” is one of my favorite holiday songs, so it’s silver bells for today’s card! The bodies of the two bells and the handle trims are cut from watercolor paper using the BRASS HANDBELLS 95000 die and painted with silver watercolor paint. The under shadow that peeks through the diamond cutouts and the handle are cut from BLACK GLOSSY PAPER SH44004. The pine branch and berries are cut from watercolor paper using PINE AND BERRIES SPRIGS 94995 and painted with watercolor paints in red and green.
To make this card I added a panel of red mirror card stock from my stash cut with the larger of the CHERISH SCALLOPED FRAMES 94884 dies and added to the front of an A2 white note card. Once the paints dried, I assembled the bells and added the pine and berries sprigs near the base of the handle. I glued a tiny bow on each one. I added the bell on the right flat to the red panel. I used dimensional foam dots to add the second bell, overlapping the first a little bit.
