Gently remove the die. (By leaving the die cut in the die while you adhere it to the card, you will have perfect placement of the snowflake’s floating circle.)

I decided I wanted to make a simple treat box I could use for our placeholders at the Christmas dinner table, and the Memory Box Butterilk Carton is a perfect solution.
Use your dies to represent something they aren’t. I used the edge of a butterfly wing to be the loaf of French bread, the cake to make a container of something tasty, (it was originally supposed to be a cheese – lol), and the bottle from Witch Kit to act as a wine bottle.
I’m really excited to share a new technique with you (it’s new to me, anyway)! I decided to die cut one of our newly released dies and use it’s negative as a “stencil” to outline and then color with pencils. I love the result, and it gives you yet another way to use your dies!
