Delicate Nest Card

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed last weeks blog blitz.  The winners of the blog blitz will be announced later today at 3pm EST.  Today I am featuring another new die from the 2015 spring release, called Delicate Nest.  This die is part of the new Open Studio line.

I die cut the nest from Kraft Cardstock and inked it with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  Die cut three eggs from White Cardstock and ink those using Broken China Distress Ink.  Spritz lightly with water to get a speckled look.  I stenciled the feathers in the background using the Broken China Ink and the Garden Umbel Stencil. Stamp the sentiment using brown ink. Spatter the stenciled background and the eggs using watered down Vintage Photo Ink.   Assemble card as shown.
