Hello everyone! Today I have another card featuring the new 2021 Spring release.
To create this card, I stamped the background on brown cardstock, using Distress Oxide Inks. I used the Misti Stamping platform to do this so I could stamp the image multiple times to build up the color. I used Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed and Bundled Sage Oxide inks for this card.
Next, I brushed the flowers with a little Mustard Seed ink and used a white gel pen to add some details to the leaves, flower centers and berries. Using white ink, I spattered the paper.
I cut the paper at an angle and glued it to a yellow cardstock layer. Next, I cut a thin strip of gold foil paper and glued that to the yellow cardstock right under the brown background piece.
I die cut the background of my sentiment from white cardstock and the words from gold foil paper. I glued the foil words on top of the white background and used foam tape to adhere it to my card.
To finish the card, I added a few embellishments and that’s it!
